  • Nurse Scientist:
    Responsible for oversight of the CARE program: Specialty Scholars (Clinical Ladder).   Assist staff nurses in the development of research projects.   Identification of research opportunities utilizing dashboard metrics and system goals.  Coordination of research conferences (Fall and Spring).

    Responsible to support the efforts of the HRET Hospital Engagement Network (HEN), a group of over 1,600 hospitals from 34 state hospital associations working together to help improve the quality, safety, and affordability of healthcare.  Responsible for provide best practice education, develop improvement capabilities, implement collaborative improvement projects, and assisting with leadership engagement within the 10 topic areas, including Falls, EED, Readmission, CLABSI, CAUTI, ADE, and VAP/VAE
