PROGRAM MANAGER

Cynosure Health has an immediate opening for a REMOTE Program Manager (flexible schedule, up to 20 hours/week, $60/hour) to manage the oversight and implementation of several company programs. Programs include national healthcare quality improvement collaboratives and deployment of our virtual on-demand learning platform. The ideal candidate is highly organized and detailed-oriented program manager with a passion for program design and oversight, content management, relationship management and strategy. We are a small, yet resourceful team so self-motivated individuals looking to make their mark in improving healthcare quality are encouraged to apply.

Some additional responsibilities of our Program Manager will include:

  • Program Design and Oversight – Cynosure Health manages multiple healthcare quality improvement collaboratives, and your responsibilities will include designing sustainable goals for a given program and managing progress toward those goals. Key activities include working with the team to develop budgets, timelines and implementation plans, and ensuring those plans are executed. You will lead the monitoring of programs to ensure goals are met.
  • Content Management – Cynosure Health works with national subject matter experts to deliver content. Your responsibilities will be to work with expert to build content outline, help collect all content needed, copy write and create marketing materials when necessary. Some additional responsibilities will be (not limited to): develop written communications summarizing program impacts, marketing support, social posts, virtual event management via Zoom and operational management of virtual learning platform.
  • Relationship Management – You will frequently meet with clients and partner organizations virtually to discuss program status and goals. You will be tasked with setting timelines and communicating program progress, identifying risks to project completion, and supporting the team to identify and implement solutions that mitigate those risks.
  • Strategy – With Program Director(s), you will assess program strengths, opportunities for improvement, and learnings to adjust future activities. In addition, you will work side by side with the marketing team to improve communication and marketing strategies based on social media metrics.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
