Helen Plass

Helen is a contractor with Convergence, supporting state and regional partners in implementing HQIC in rural and critical access hospitals. She has extensive experience in quality-of-life at end-of-life issues, preventing CLABSI/CAUTI, the CDC’s States Targeting Reduction in Infections via Engagement (STRIVE) initiative, the ARHQ Safety Program for Long-Term Care: HAIs/CAUTI, and the AHRQ Safety Program for Acute Care: CAUTI.
