Southern California Patient Safety

PROJECT AIMS:

The Southern California Patient Safety Collaborative provided a forum for peer-to-peer learning, networking, and sharing of best practices to improve patient safety and clinical outcomes over 14 different clinical topics.

PARTNERS:

Involving more than 120 hospitals in the greater Los Angeles area, this program was a partnership with the Hospital Association of Southern California, Health Services Advisory Group, the National Health Foundation, and the UniHealth Foundation.
