Natalie Graves

Natalie brings more than a decade of experience leading programs to transform health care by leveraging quality improvement strategies and promoting peer-to-peer learning. She has collaborated with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, hospitals, accountable care organizations, state Medicaid agencies, and patient and family advocates to translate ambitious goals into concrete action plans for improvement. Her areas of expertise include value-based care, delivery system transformation, payment reform, quality improvement, project management, and coaching & mentoring.
